Pharmacy First, introduced in January 2024 has changed the landscape of community pharmacy. Pharmacists have been required to upskill significantly in order to develop the skills needed to adequately assess, examine and treat patients for core conditions. Pareto Education is proud to bring you the Confidence in Pharmacy First training day. We will cover the core 7 conditions as well as giving you ample opportunity to practice your history taking and examination skills under the supervision of qualified clinicians. For each condition we will cover - History taking - Examinations and investigations - Red Flags - Prescribing decisions - Examination INCLUDING Otoscopy AND throat examinations - Onward referral and potential pitfalls We have packed the day with cases, scenarios, breakout sessions and have an expert clinical supervision team on deck to help increase your confidence.
